Good afternoon! For February the Flint Community Schools School Wellness Program (SWP) nurses want to provide education to increase your knowledge of conflict resolution. It is important to one's own mental wellbeing as well as to the health of the relationships to all those around them to learn conflict resolution skills. Conflict resolution is a learned skill. Please take some time to review the attached newsletter to learn more about conflict resolution skills.


Attention Long-Term Substitute Teachers! Flint Community Schools is excited to offer a $1,000 Attendance Bonus Incentive for Edustaff long-term substitute teachers during the second semester! Earn a $1,000 attendance bonus by completing a 60+ day assignment with no more than five absences during the second semester. Enjoy a daily rate of $185 starting from day one of your long-term assignment. The last day to accept a long-term assignment to be eligible for the bonus is March 5, 2025.
