Current Student Records - CA-60 Records

Flint Community Schools

CA-60 records are cumulative student record folders that contain a student's academic records from enrollment through graduation. The folders are kept by schools and include information such as grades, attendance, and test scores. 

What's included in a CA-60 folder? 

  • Transcripts

  • Attendance records

  • Test scores

  • Surveys and interest inventories

  • Photos

  • Approved personal curriculums

  • Withdrawal documents

  • GED test results

  • Drop/withdraw/transfer information

Who can access CA-60 records?

  • Parents and students may be able to view the records. 

  • Parents may be able to request copies of the records. 

What rights do parents have to their child's education records? 

  • Parents have the right to inspect, review, and request copies of their child's education records.

  • Parents can also request explanations and interpretations of the records.
