Overview and Submitting a Request

Under Section 4 of the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.234 (the “FOIA” or the “Act”), Flint Community Schools (FCS) has established procedures and guidelines to facilitate access to information by the general public. Flint Community Schools (FCS) requires individuals or entities to submit FOIA requests in writing. FOIA requests may be mailed to the following address:
